Hiring Opportunities

We are currently hiring for Part-time bilingual/bicultural therapists. You can find the job posting here.

We are developing two program areas:

Apoyo Program

Provides culturally responsive behavioral health services addressing barriers that often impact Latino, immigrant, and mixed-status families in Northern New Mexico. Clinicians in Apoyo frequently work with Spanish-speaking clients and families navigating immigration-related stress, acculturation, and community connection.

Northern Program

Provides culturally responsive behavioral health services across Santa Fe, Española, nearby pueblos, and rural communities in Rio Arriba County. This program prioritizes outreach in communities where Hispanic and Native families have historically faced barriers to accessing care.

Anticipated Role Structure

• Part-time and full-time W-2 employment
• Paid administrative time and credentialing support
• Regular supervision, training, and team meetings focused on culturally responsive care
• Opportunities for growth as programs expand

As members of our early team, clinicians will help shape how services take root and grow within each program, in close partnership with local communities.
